separate Web Servers.

It could not be easier for a user, even those
with limited Windows experience. TokOpen Web's
Welcome Screen provides a quick method to access
available, published TokOpen databases. All screens
remain uncluttered; their sensible layout ensures
users will quickly become familiar with the TokOpen
Web interface.
Searching for folders or documents is simple.
The user selects a Drawer and enters known search
information into available folder and document
search fields.
TokOpen Web's comprehensive search facility ensures
folders and or documents required are quickly
displayed within the Search Results Window.
Open a folder online or drill down through the
folders' different levels to display the hierarchy
of published sub-folders and documents.
Select a document to display it online within
the Web Browser. Those document formats not supported
by the browser can be downloaded directly to the
workstation.
TokOpen Web's Document Viewer displays available
pages contained within an original image based
document, allowing the user to quickly identify
and display a required page online.
Tight integration with TokOpen
to enforce security
TokOpen's system security and password control
is enforced at all times, with system lockout
to prevent unauthorized entry.
Database login security ensures that only the
drawers, folders and documents for which the user
has authority are displayed within the Web Browser.
TokOpen's Administration Utility allows the System
Administrator to stop any drawer or its contents
being published on your Intranet, the World Wide
Web, or both.
TokOpen prompts for and enforces at all time publishing
and access security controls when a user creates
a folder or document within TokOpen.
If a Drawer is available, users can independently
control for every folder, sub-folder and document
and where it can be accessed only via the TokOpen
Desktop, your Intranet and or the World Wide Web.

with privilege restrictions, enabling unknown
users to access selective folders and documents
via the World Wide Web.

e.g. mobile member of staff, a students, or partner

restrictions to ensure only those approved folders
and documents related to the user or partner can
be access via TokOpen Web.
