Documents flow beyond our company boundaries supporting business processes and relationships. Mobile workers, remote partners, customers, to name but a few all need access to documents under your control.
TokOpen allows you to securely publishing documents at three levels:
1. Internal Publishing
TokOpen's Access and Privilege controls are used to restrict access to selected drawers, documents and folders. Using these controls you are able to protect documents allowing authorised users to see them but not make any changes. Documents can be set to read-only preventing any changes should a user inherit additional privileges.
2. Remote and Mobile Staff
If working out of the office you can securely check out documents and folders. Remote sites or mobile staff can be given complete drawers or selected folders and documents on CD. Documents contained on the CD can be referenced using another TokOpen system, for example TokOpen Personal installed on a mobile user's laptop or a TokOpen office system. Alternatively import the contents of the CD directly into the second TokOpen system.
3. Web Publishing
Using TokOpen Web publish complete drawers, folders and documents for secure access using a standard web browser across the Internet or your own Intranet. Take a look at Tokairo's own Web Server for a live example.
