How does b-Wize FORM work?

When the software is installed, b-Wize FORM analyzes the different types of form that it will subsequently process automatically. It builds a database of templates that, during production, enable it to instantly identify scanned documents.

b-Wize FORM compares images from scanned documents with those in the template database. Then, it associates the correct template with each document and automatically extracts the required information. When in doubt, the software notifies an operator who validates or completes the information provided by the software.

The data retrieved by b-Wize FORM is sent in format XML, text, csv, etc. to the company databases. Document images can be archived (in color or black and white) and exported to a third-party EDM system or workflow.
